Just when...

I can't believe it. Just when I was starting to open up in my new job, I'm involuntarily getting sucked into the politics which I've tried so hard to stay away from.

Someone's been carrying tales about me in the office to an ex-employee, who thinks I sullied her reputation in the office. I'm so sorry for that ex-employee who believes such tales.

I have an inkling of who that tale-carrier is, and yet I don't have enough evidence to point that person out. And I know it's not just one person, mind you. I know there are at least 2 involved.

Well, for the ex-employee, I'm really sorry you had to hear such lies. For the tale-carriers, I think you can just jump off a building and die.
